    Diognosed at the age of 5 with ADHD and dislexcia. At the age of 16 My Doc asked Me if I was smoking. At that time I was not. He said if I was to start I may as well I may as well stop taking ritalin an dexidrin as it would do the same thing. Now at 46 I have tryed ritalin as an adult. Made Me hyper focus, gave me tremors and one hell of a bad down EVERY DAY. Ive been using Cannabis to combat My ADHD for 20+ years now. I find it the ONLY way I can consentrate and cope with the day to day grinde. NOW, I am the owner of an Alternative Lifestyle Internet Radio Station called LifestyleRadio.ca where I host The 420 Radio Show. In the very near future I will be doing a regular segment called ADHD and ME.. If theres anyone out there that would like to throw there 50 cents into the show.     I have been diagnosed with savere ADHD ( sorry about the speling it is a real thorn in my side ) which has cased me to not be gainfuly employed IE constently fired or had accidents because of it and because of my acidents and a few IE 3 accidents invalving a tree and 2 cars wile cycleing has left me with constant and cronic pain in my lower back sholders ribs and neck . to the point that I have been on POcecodon for the better part of four years .. I am concurned with the helth of my liver and other organs from prolonged and ongoing saturation of pain medication but recently I have been smoking marijuana and it helps the pain but I have not been getting it leagaly I whant to get it leagaly from my Docter.. I am just concerned with whenter I qualify because I am going to see him in two days I was wondering if he dose not think it is a condition that wil be aceptibal for use of medical marijuana what elce can I do .. I am at whits end … any thoughts or advice would be helpfull .. thanks Wolfy AKA James

    dear stacker,
    I am a 19 year who was diagnosed with ADHD five years ago. I went through the ritalin ‘daze’, tried concerta and stratterra as well. i fully support you in saying that if anything the prescriable medications create the jittery, irritable and general downess in a day, it even almost led to my destruction to any life and personality. Now I dont take any of those but smoke the most modest amount of canabis daily and find it the only way to focus and get on with the day. I now am a university student.
